Environmental Disasters

Global Warming

The term "global warming" is frequently used in the context of environmental issues. Global warming is characterized by gradual climate changes such as rising temperatures, longer heat waves, and shorter cold periods. Global warming, which is linked to greenhouse gas emissions, has a multitude of effects on the world, including a decrease in water resources, the degradation of some ecosystems, glacial melting, and the threat of plant and animal extinction.

Green House Effect

The Greenhouse Effect

The greenhouse effect occurs when short wavelengths of visible light from the sun pass through a transparent medium and are absorbed, while longer wavelengths of infrared re-radiation from heated things cannot. Long wavelength radiation is trapped, resulting in more heating and a higher temperature. The greenhouse effect has been widely used to describe the trapping of excess heat by rising carbon dioxide concentrations in the atmosphere, aside from the heating of an automobile by sunlight through the windshield and the namesake example of heating the greenhouse by sunlight passing through sealed, transparent windows. Infrared is strongly absorbed by carbon dioxide, which means that less of it escapes into space.

What Is the Greenhouse Effect?

Decreasing Freshwater Resources

In many nations, the supply of high-quality freshwater to humans is becoming a serious issue. With the rise in population and living standards, as well as the expansion of agriculture and industry, water demands continue to rise. Water is required for power generating, irrigation, navigation, and the provision of community water. It is frequently derived from international rivers or lakes, and international cooperation is frequently required in water allocation, financing, and technical aspects of water resource development projects. The availability of ground water is typically a local issue, but it has worldwide ramifications in terms of the overall consequences that ground water depletion may have across a greater territory.

Why Environment Happens?

Impact of Environmental Issues  Floods and epidemics will occur if the drainage system is not well maintained and rubbish collection is not done on a regular basis, affecting the health of the surrounding population. The community's irresponsible acts, such as the industry dumping dangerous substances in the river basin and surrounding areas, have resulted in air and water pollution. Animals such as rats, cockroaches, and aedes mosquitoes will propagate the pandemic if the surrounding region is not cleansed and controlled. How Flood Happens? Lets Watch The Root Cause of Environmental Issues Occurs The impacts of urbanization, which has resulted in a mass migration to major urban centers, have resulted in the creation of towns and an increase in population. Everything that occurs is the result of a careless attitude and a lack of understanding about the importance of caring for and preserving the environment. Meanwhile, funds are needed to conduct awareness programmers, rubbish coll
